- The number of training hours required;
- How long your would like the course to be; and
- When you would like training to begin.
If you would like Virtual Instructor-Led Training, tell us:
- The days of the week and times of day you would like our instructors to be available; and
- Whether you would like one-to-one or group sessions (up to 4 ATCOs).
We will then create a tailored training programme to meet your precise specifications.
Your ATCOs begin e-learning, practising listening, vocabulary and structure.
We create a branded e-learning log-in portal through which:
- ATCOs access interactive course content with gradebook; and
- You access the Learning Management System to view progress and download reports (if required).
E-learning course duration is tailored to your needs.
Your ATCOs book VILT sessions to fit in around their shift patterns.
Your ATCOs join VILT sessions, practising pronunication, fluency and interactions.
Delivered on a range of online meeting platforms, Command's Virtual Instructor-Led Training sessions provide the opportunity for ATCOs to develop the oral fluency and interactions critical for efficient operations, safe RT communications and success in language testing for personnel licensing. Our expert instructors understand your ATCOs' operational language needs: All are experienced English language professionals with a background in civil aviation operations.
We provide a detailed training report to you at the end of the course.
Reports include ATCO progress and scores in e-learning and (where applicable) attendance and instructor comments on performance in Virtual Instructor-Led Training. More frequent reporting options are available on request.
